  • Maternal Mental Health Professional Certificate Training (16 Hours)

    Completed a 16-hour professional certificate training focused on maternal mental health across the perinatal period. The training covered the identification, assessment, and evidence-informed treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorders, and postpartum psychosis. Additional topics included screening and assessment, cultural considerations, the impact of trauma, psychopharmacology during the perinatal period, partner and family adjustment, and interdisciplinary approaches to supporting individuals and families throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
