What services do you offer?


“LMFT” stands for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist! LMFTs are trained to understand mental health and relationship problems through a systemic lens. Their education emphasizes how family dynamics, couple relationships, communication patterns, culture, and social systems influence a person's well-being. LMFTs are trained to work with individuals, couples, and families, with specialized preparation in relationship assessment and intervention.

Yes! I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts!

I also offer private pay options. Please reach out if you have any questions. I’m happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable!

Do you accept insurance?

To schedule an appointment, send me an email or give me a call! We’ll have a brief phone consultation (usually about 15 minutes) to discuss what you’re looking for from therapy and see if we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll schedule the first session!
